Once Upon a Chef

Thai crunch salad with peanut dressing. Yummy! Even the men in your life will enjoy it. Dressing 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter. 2T rice vinegar. 2T fresh lime juice. 3T oil. 1T soy sauce. 2T honey. 2T sugar. 2cloves chopped garlic. 1T fresh ginger chopped. 1t salt 1/4 t crushed red pepper and 2T fresh cilantro chopped.   SALAD 4c chopped cabbage 1 carrot shredded 1 red pepper chopped small. 2 scallions chopped and 1/2 cup of cilantro or parsley. Happy Fourth of July everyone.
