Happy National Siblings Day

THIS blog is dedicated to my brother, Frank. When I was a little girl, he always called me Meatball.

Here’s my favorite meatball recipe. Hope you like them.

1 1/2 cup of bread crumbs per one pound of meat.

1 teaspoon of garlic powder.

1/4 cup of fresh parsley

1/2 teaspoon of salt

1/2 teaspoon of pepper

1/4 cup of grated cheese

1/2 cup of water

2 eggs per pound of meat.

Combine all of the above ingredients and then fry on medium heat in 1/2 cup of light olive oil. Remember to roll the meatballs continuously. In order to prevent from burning. For approximately fifteen minutes.
